For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund) if your product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, or does not match the description.

If you believe your product is faulty:

Please contact our customer service team hello@riceremedy.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

Provide your order number, explanation of the issue, and photos showing the problem.

If a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Any return postage required for faulty items will be covered by Rice Remedy.
