• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order  
• Your product is lightly used or unopened  
• You provide a short note (and, where possible, a photo) describing what didn’t feel right  

We may request:

• A photo of the product and packaging  
• A description of your experience and how the product was used  

This helps us improve your ritual — and honour this guarantee for others.We reserve the right to decline returns if a product appears to have been misused or if repeated dishonest refund requests are detected. Shipping Your Ritual

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Every parcel is packed with care, softness, and intention.

Domestic (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD  
• Free Shipping on orders over $150 AUD  
• Trial Kits may ship as untracked letters to keep costs low  

International:

• Flat rate: $50 AUD  
• Free international shipping on orders over $250 AUD  
• Orders ship via Australia Post or DHL with tracking
